Master Auto Glass Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Install windshields and automotive glass either in our shop or through a mobile service unit.

• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, and more.

• Repair chips and various types of glass damage.

• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with a job well done.

• Process payments from customers using mobile services.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a positive attitude.

• Deliver World Class customer service to our esteemed customers and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive glass installation.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check.

• Proficient in handling and working with various types of automotive glass.

• Strong familiarity with automotive mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques used for glass repair and replacement.

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role.

• This role includes driving responsibilities, which will be monitored and recorded via a telematics device for safety and compliance.
