Martech Solution – Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the existing Martech ecosystem, encompassing platforms, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows.

• Document both the current-state and target-state architecture for initiatives aimed at consolidating Martech.

• Identify instances of duplication, redundancy, integration gaps, and opportunities for rationalization across various tools and platforms.

• Establish unified data and business process flows throughout the ecosystem.

• Define integration strategies, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations that align with enterprise standards, including considerations for resilience, failover, and risk.

• Formulate suggestions for merging overlapping applications into a streamlined and scalable future-state landscape that facilitates AI-driven initiatives.

• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable architecture decisions.

• Aid in the planning, sequencing, and governance of implementation for consolidation workstreams.

• Generate clear architecture documentation, decision logs, and views of dependencies to assist execution teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or roles focused on systems integration.

• Proven background in supporting platform consolidation, transformation, or rationalization initiatives.

• Familiarity with Martech ecosystems, customer data flows, marketing automation, digital experience platforms, APIs, and integration methodologies.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams while communicating clearly with various stakeholder groups.

• Experience in producing architectural artifacts, integration documentation, and guidance for implementation.
