This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee Amazon Seller Central listings, cases, and data with meticulous attention to detail.
• Perform live modifications to titles, bullet points, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
• Utilize checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), case logs, and organized documentation to execute marketplace operations effectively.
• Track listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
• Initiate and manage Amazon cases from start to finish, providing necessary documentation and escalating when appropriate.
• Conduct research and monitor keywords using Helium 10 or comparable tools.
• Observe listing rankings, traffic, and overall performance.
• Export and systematically arrange advertising campaign data.
• Identify underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, and advertising campaigns.
• Adhere to advertising structures and naming conventions while flagging issues without making misaligned changes.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate spreadsheets, including formulas, dates, formatting, and reports.
• Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative teams, and agency partners.
• Monitor multiple listings, live campaigns, deadlines, and operational priorities.
• Assist in marketplace execution for real brands, including potential international marketplace engagement.
• Proven ability to manage Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision.
• Experience in handling real ASINs and executing live listing updates.
• Proficient in updating titles, bullet points, backend attributes, A+ content, and images.
• Systems-oriented mindset, leveraging checklists, SOPs, and organized processes.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history.
• Capability to open and manage cases from start to finish, providing documentation and escalating strategically.
• Knowledge of SEO, keywords, content optimization, conversion rates, listing rank, and traffic analysis.
• Experience with Helium 10 or similar keyword research and tracking tools.
• Understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP.
• Skill in accurately exporting and organizing campaign data while identifying underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate spreadsheets with intact formulas, aligned dates, and consistent formatting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative teams, and agency partners.
• A humble, eager learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exposure to regulated or health-related categories is beneficial but not required.
• International marketplace experience is a plus but not essential.
