This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take ownership of the Amazon P&L and financial forecasts. Work collaboratively with the VP of Sales to set and achieve annual sales and profitability goals.
• Oversee the execution of a comprehensive Amazon channel strategy (1P/3P) across both the US and Canada.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on Amazon performance against KPIs, delivering clear insights and analyses of key business drivers.
• Manage the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, closely collaborating with the Seller/Vendor Manager to identify promotional opportunities. Create and oversee promotional campaigns, including Coupons, Deals, and Lightning Deals, to enhance brand visibility during peak promotional periods.
• Administer advertising budgets to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall channel profitability.
• Act as the primary daily liaison for the Amazon 1P team and agency partners. Establish clear priorities, conduct weekly calls, and report on both operational and advertising performance KPIs.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Amazon vendor and seller central tools.
• Extensive expertise in listing setup and optimization, A+ content, Amazon policies and appeal processes, as well as promotional and advertising strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing Amazon P&L and budgeting for significant expenditures.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to evaluate performance and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in marketing premium and/or technical products is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
