This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the complete Amazon performance encompassing traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations within Seller Central, focusing on catalog health, inventory management, and promotions.
• Discover and implement growth strategies related to pricing, content, media, and product assortment.
• Diagnose and fix listing challenges, including suppressed listings, compliance issues, and catalog discrepancies.
• Develop, oversee, and expand Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Enhance campaign structure, keyword optimization, bidding methods, and budget distribution.
• Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and various tools for comprehensive funnel insights.
• Persistently enhance ROAS, TACoS, and additional revenue through experimentation and iteration.
• Manage keyword strategy and listing enhancements for organic ranking and conversion rates.
• Craft and refine titles, bullet points, A+ content, visuals, and backend search terms.
• Employ tools such as Helium10, DataDive, and Keepa for research and performance monitoring.
• Keep an eye on competitor movements, search patterns, and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to produce high-converting product detail pages (PDPs).
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to sustain in-stock levels and prevent stockouts.
• Work alongside leadership on strategy, forecasting, and profit & loss implications.
• Over 7 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, particularly focused on Amazon.
• Solid, hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central (3P) accounts (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in increasing Amazon revenue through PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Ads and retail media strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, Keepa, and AMC.
• Proven experience in inventory management and preventing stockouts.
• Experience with Walmart or Target marketplaces is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shopify or direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce is a plus.
• A background as a Brand Manager or in managing a P&L is advantageous.
