This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take full ownership of Amazon performance regarding traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations in Seller Central, focusing on catalog health, inventory management, and promotional activities.
• Identify and implement strategies for growth in areas such as pricing, content, media, and product assortment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any listing issues, including suppressed listings, compliance flags, and catalog inconsistencies.
• Develop, manage, and expand Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display.
• Enhance campaign structure, optimize keyword harvesting, refine bidding strategies, and manage budget allocation.
• Utilize Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other analytical tools to gain comprehensive insights across the funnel.
• Aim for continuous improvement in ROAS, TACoS, and incremental revenue through ongoing testing and iterations.
• Take charge of keyword strategy and listing optimization to boost organic ranking and conversion rates.
• Create and refine product titles, bullet points, A+ content, images, and backend search terms.
• Employ tools like Helium10, DataDive, and Keepa for research purposes and performance tracking.
• Keep an eye on competitor actions, search trends, and content performance metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to design high-converting Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
• Work alongside supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
• Partner with leadership to strategize, forecast, and assess P&L impact.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with a focus on Amazon.
• Strong, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (3P) accounts is essential.
• A proven history of scaling Amazon revenue through PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Advanced knowledge in Amazon Ads and retail media strategy.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to transform data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, DataDive, Keepa, and AMC is required.
• Experience in inventory management and strategies to prevent stockouts.
• Experience with Walmart or Target marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify or direct-to-consumer e-commerce is also a plus.
• A background as a Brand Manager or experience managing a P&L is advantageous.
