Marketplace and Launch Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of short-term supply and demand forecasts for launch markets

• Manage and enhance marketplace configurations

• Create, develop, and implement targeted productivity promotions

• Assess market health by tracking net revenue and contribution margin

• Analyze performance trends and determine root causes

• Oversee comprehensive project workstreams from start to finish

• Utilize AI-driven workflows for research and performance analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering exceptional results in analytical, cross-functional, or operations roles

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced skills in formulas and dashboards

• Capable of making nuanced business decisions with limited information

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving stakeholders who are not direct reports

• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for various functions

• Strong initiative in recognizing and executing necessary actions

• Experience in independently extracting and organizing data, with a comfort level in SQL or data querying tools

• Familiarity with Tableau

• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others
