• Develop marketing videos from initial concept to final product, whether by crafting an original idea or executing an existing one.

• Generate and refine creative hypotheses driven by performance metrics, player behavior, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.

• Take charge of your creative projects and work towards enhancing their performance.

• Utilize AI tools throughout the creative workflow, including ideation, asset generation, production, and revisions.

• Collaborate with the team lead and fellow creatives to share ideas, feedback, and insights.

• Design and consistently enhance high-impact marketing creatives that drive user acquisition outcomes.

• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; experience with Unity is advantageous.

• Strong skills in motion design and video editing, with a keen visual sensibility and attention to detail.

• Solid understanding of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Experience with AI tools in the creative production process.
