Marketing Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform AI-generated HTML documents and web designs into functional, production-ready pages within the CMS.

• Review and modify pages to ensure compliance with GoEngineer's brand standards, marketing style guidelines, and technical specifications.

• Connect links, buttons, pop-ups, URLs, and other interactive elements to the relevant website functionalities.

• Integrate HubSpot forms, validate submissions and lead routing, and guarantee that page data flows seamlessly through connected systems.

• Diagnose front-end issues, resolve bugs, and develop or update custom code snippets and web components utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Perform quality assurance across various devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with content creators, digital marketing leaders, and technical team members from concept through to launch.

• Create and refine repeatable workflows for transitioning AI-generated content to the web.

• Assist with HubSpot, Shopify, and Celigo integrations, workflows, and data synchronization.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for web assets, integrations, and repeatable processes.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and suggest new tools, methodologies, and opportunities.

• Maintain a balance between speed and quality while managing a fast-paced project pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in front-end web development.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with a CMS and ability to grasp new web platforms and systems quickly.

• Practical experience in supporting forms, integrations, and workflows across marketing platforms like HubSpot, Shopify, or Celigo.

• Experience with AI-assisted web development tools or coding assistants, such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex.

• Interest in creating agentic workflows that enhance web production and automation.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent, proactive communication skills, including the ability to identify obstacles and keep collaborators updated.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with creative and technical teams.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

• Experience in testing, debugging, and documenting web elements, form connections, and user experiences.
