Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by developing and managing programs while ensuring data accuracy and readiness.

• Take ownership of intake processes and complete program builds for designated stakeholders.

• Duplicate approved program templates and fill in program data using provided token information for review and approval.

• Conduct reviews and quality assurance of programs created by teams with access to Marketo.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to document and uphold standards for campaign operations.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance program build guides and operational documentation.

• Aid in change management communications when processes, tools, or standards are updated.

• Provide suggestions to optimize workflows, templates, and overall operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support.

• Proficient understanding of Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms (Marketo is strongly preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail along with familiarity with QA processes, checklists, and documentation.

• Capability to adhere to established processes while also contributing to ongoing improvements.

• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and internal enablement.

• Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting event marketing or webinar programs is a plus.

• Knowledge of tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworks is advantageous.

• Experience in a B2B marketing environment is a plus.

• Exposure to change management or internal communications is beneficial.
