This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Set up, maintain, and provide support for marketing technology platforms, which include marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), analytics tools, tag management systems, content management systems (CMS), CRM workflows, testing tools, and partner tracking systems.

• Execute, verify, and resolve issues related to digital tracking across websites, landing pages, campaigns, lead funnels, customer lifecycle interactions, affiliate journeys, and sales transitions.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, encompassing tracking plans, audience logic, platform setups, integration needs, quality assurance plans, and reporting guidelines.

• Verify and troubleshoot JSON payloads, event properties, user traits, lead attributes, webhook data, API responses, destination mappings, and data type challenges that affect reporting, activation, personalization, or downstream systems.

• Keep comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, quality assurance checklists, implementation notes, event schemas, data mapping information, troubleshooting manuals, and platform support procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations technology, analytics implementation, digital marketing systems, data operations, revenue operations, web technology, or a similar technical marketing position.

• A bachelor's degree in information systems, marketing technology, analytics, web development, business, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience or certifications may also be considered.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Segment, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Salesforce, CMS tools, A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, affiliate platforms, or comparable systems.

• Proficient understanding of JSON, event payloads, user traits, lead attributes, API responses, webhooks, destination mappings, Regex, Liquid or similar templating logic, HTML/CSS, basic SQL, lightweight JavaScript, and browser developer tools.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
