This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
• Oversee the configuration of the Cordial platform, including the account structure, brand-level workspace setup, and user roles for a multi-brand environment.
• Set up the native CDP layer of Cordial, focusing on contact schema design, custom attributes, supplementary data collections, and audience segmentation.
• Create and enhance automated messaging flows such as cart/browse abandonment, post-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, transactional triggers, and lifecycle orchestration.
• Implement features of Cordial Edge AI, including Message Insights, Message Assistant, and Price Sensitivity models.
• Develop and run A/B and multivariate testing frameworks utilizing Cordial’s experimentation engine.
• Configure and deploy the Cordial SFCC cartridge integration across multiple site storefronts.
• Map SFCC customer, order, product, and wish list data to the Cordial contact and supplementary data schemas.
• Establish and confirm both real-time event tracking (browse, cart, purchase) and batch data synchronization jobs.
• Collaborate with the client’s SFCC team on Business Manager configurations, cartridge path setup, and API endpoint configuration.
• Ensure that the integration accommodates multi-brand site isolation while allowing for a shared data infrastructure.
• Strategize and execute the migration of subscriber lists, suppression files, engagement history, and segment definitions from Bluecore and Attentive into Cordial.
• Design the data flow between Amperity (CDP) and Cordial’s native CDP, determining which system maintains the golden customer record during and after the transition.
• Oversee parallel operations during the cutover to guarantee zero disruption to email and SMS revenue.
• Validate deliverability, domain reputation, and sending infrastructure throughout the IP warm-up and migration process.
• Act as the primary technical resource for Cordial for the client’s marketing and CRM teams.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training materials for campaign operations within Cordial.
• Collaborate with Cordial’s professional services team to coordinate division of labor and escalate platform-related issues.
• Define KPIs and set up monitoring dashboards for email/SMS deliverability, engagement, and revenue attribution.
• Provide guidance on Cordial’s AI agent capabilities and MCP integration as the platform continues to develop.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and/or managing Cordial for enterprise retail or DTC brands.
• Proven expertise in Cordial’s data architecture: contact management, supplementary data collections, event tracking, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with Cordial’s SFCC cartridge integration or similar commerce platform integrations within Cordial.
• Strong knowledge of email/SMS deliverability, IP warm-up, domain authentication (DKIM, DMARC, SPF), and sender reputation management.
• Experience migrating from competing platforms (Bluecore, Attentive, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar) to Cordial.
• Proficient in Cordial’s scripting/templating language for dynamic content personalization.
• Working familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns (REST, batch ETL).
• Experience in multi-brand or multi-site retail environments with brand-level data governance requirements.
