Marketing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Directing and overseeing the Screening team to meet performance metrics and quality objectives.

• Reducing team turnover while enhancing team member satisfaction.

• Streamlining team structure to accommodate changes in supply, growth strategy, and capacity planning.

• Managing internal projects for the team.

• Planning, developing, and implementing new team initiatives and process enhancements.

• Collaborating with vertical subject matter experts to refine tasks and content for screening steps.

• Assisting the Vertical Lead with vertical initiatives.

• Aiding the Manager of Business Screening and QA Manager in creating a customer-focused approach for Digital Marketing screening and ensuring adherence to new standards.

• Acting as an escalation point for talent disputes while monitoring, investigating, and resolving issues as they occur.

• Spearheading the development of new talent specializations, including hiring the necessary screeners to support them.

• Developing, managing, and maintaining documentation that underpins screening processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with cross-vertical standards.

• Offering guidance and feedback to analytics teams to enhance reporting across Digital Marketing Screening.

• Tracking talent screening passing rates, activation speed, and other essential metrics.

• Supporting the QA team in assessing screener performance during interviews and other interactions with talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is mandatory.

• 3-5+ years of experience in operational management, including managing projects, teams, and business workflows.

• Experience as a Marketing Generalist is essential.

• Exceptional analytical skills are required.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
