This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Facilitate strategic discovery sessions to gain insight into partners’ business objectives, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, customer experience, and revenue challenges.
• Develop and execute integrated, scalable GTM strategies that encompass ideal customer profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue operations.
• Convert business goals into scalable GTM solutions through strategic design, HubSpot implementation, and collaboration with GTM Engineers.
• Act as the main strategic advisor for a portfolio of customers.
• Assist partners in prioritizing initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
• Track partner health and pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Continuously refine strategies to enhance business performance.
• Work together with GTM Engineers and cross-functional teams, including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery.
• Contribute to RevPartners methodologies, playbooks, best practices, and service offerings.
• Discover opportunities to integrate AI and emerging technologies into GTM strategies.
• Generally, 3–6 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Sales Operations.
• Proven track record of independently leading client engagements, developing GTM strategies, and achieving measurable business results.
• Experience in crafting and implementing go-to-market/revenue strategies.
• Proficiency in guiding consultative discovery discussions and translating business challenges into actionable insights.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in dynamic, high-growth consulting, agency, or SaaS settings is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with various tools including: HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales & Data Hubs; Revenue Operations; GTM Strategy; CRM architecture; lead lifecycle management; pipeline management; reporting and analytics; process optimization; customer journey design; AI productivity tools.
• Required: advanced expertise in HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of Clay.
• Ability to establish trust with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Skill in facilitating productive discussions that reveal business needs.
• Capacity to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to influence decisions through curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtful recommendations.
• Naturally curious, strategic, clear, accountable, collaborative, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
