This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and oversee the yearly marketing strategy and calendar for all 9 locations.
• Recognize growth opportunities within various service lines, including medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Balance marketing priorities that are consistent across the brand with campaigns tailored to specific locations and community needs.
• Establish measurable marketing objectives and KPIs that align with patient acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
• Present marketing strategies, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and manage a social media strategy along with content calendars for all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Supervise the creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and fosters brand trust.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to showcase providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient education.
• Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profiles.
• Manage or work alongside content creators, photographers, and videographers as necessary.
• Plan, execute, and refine paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other pertinent platforms.
• Oversee advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spending and a strong return on ad investment.
• Create location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns that target relevant patient demographics.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, making real-time adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Provide clear ROI reporting and attribution analysis for leadership review.
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility for all practice locations.
• Oversee local SEO, including the optimization of Google Business Profiles for each of the 9 locations.
• Collaborate with web developers or vendors to ensure that the website is optimized for search, user experience, and patient conversion.
• Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Ensure all website content is up-to-date, accurate, and reflective of the services offered at each location.
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns focused on patient acquisition, re-engagement, and retention.
• Build and manage segmented patient email lists while adhering to HIPAA and relevant marketing regulations.
• Automate patient communication workflows, including appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and seasonal promotions.
• Track email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards across all 9 locations and marketing channels.
• Develop marketing templates, brand guidelines, and resources for use throughout the practice.
• Review and approve all marketing materials intended for external audiences for brand compliance and clinical accuracy.
• Support new location openings with launch marketing strategies and local awareness campaigns.
• Manage and monitor online reputation across platforms such as Google, Healthgrades, Yelp, and other review sites.
• Develop strategies to encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and respond professionally to feedback.
• Track Net Promoter Score and patient satisfaction trends in collaboration with clinical operations.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance across all channels and locations.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership, accompanied by actionable insights.
• 3 to 6 or more years of experience in digital marketing, with some experience in healthcare, medical, or multi-location settings.
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA marketing compliance and regulations related to healthcare advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one email marketing platform.
• Solid working knowledge of SEO best practices, including local SEO for multi-location businesses.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical services into clear and engaging patient messaging.
• Highly organized, capable of managing campaigns across multiple locations simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Previous marketing experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or cosmetic medicine settings.
• Experience managing marketing for a multi-location medical or dental practice.
• Familiarity with healthcare CRM platforms like Podium, Birdeye, PatientPop, or similar.
• Experience collaborating with influencers or KOLs in the aesthetics or skincare sector.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
