Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Strategy to create client marketing strategies and GO Plans.

• Assist Account Directors in enhancing client success and meeting business goals.

• Recognize opportunities to boost performance, enhance lead generation, and drive measurable return on investment (ROI).

• Work with teams across strategy, sales, client services, digital marketing, and outcomes to ensure alignment and progress.

• Analyze campaign performance and offer recommendations based on data and insights.

• Aid in directing marketing programs that might encompass paid media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, social media, and sales enablement.

• Keep abreast of B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Engage in client meetings and provide strategic recommendations and ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust background in B2B marketing with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.

• Strong understanding of how marketing drives pipeline growth and revenue generation.

• Experience with HubSpot and other CRM or marketing automation platforms.

• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable steps.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities and clients.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bonus points for agency experience.

• HubSpot certifications or other pertinent marketing certifications.

• Experience in supporting clients across various industries.
