This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the strategic creation of campaigns, product launches, and brand stories built on a solid creative foundation.
• Facilitate ideation, conceptualization, and creative direction processes, bridging strategy with execution.
• Craft master concepts and creative domains for brands, collections, and unique projects.
• Act as a creative and strategic resource for teams and multidisciplinary groups.
• Convert cultural, behavioral, and market insights into relevant, actionable concepts.
• Maintain narrative and conceptual uniformity across all brand engagement points (both online and offline).
• Inspire the team with innovative approaches, formats, and languages.
• Back strategic choices with a long-term brand outlook.
• Perform qualitative and desk research on consumers, behaviors, culture, and trends.
• Examine market dynamics, reference brands, competitors, and both national and international standards.
• Link quantitative and qualitative insights to the crafting of strategies and concepts.
• Convert research into frameworks, strategic narratives, and concise creative briefs.
• Serve as the custodian of strategic insights, ensuring brand consistency and ongoing evolution.
• Organize post-campaign evaluations and strategic enhancement cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration (focused on Marketing), Journalism, or similar fields.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Digital Marketing, Branding, Communication Strategy, Brand Management, or Innovation (preferred).
• Experience in organizations or agencies centered on innovation and branding.
• Familiarity with UX writing, SEO, and influencer marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing creative projects and impactful campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or strategic planning.
• Strong conceptual, creative, and analytical skills.
• Extensive cultural awareness and strategic brand insight.
• Proven experience managing intricate creative and strategic processes.
• Experience in conducting behavioral research, trend analysis, and generating insights.
• Capability to express strategy, creativity, and business concepts into clear and motivating narratives.
• Experience in fast-paced, hybrid workplaces or squad models.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities with leadership and teams.
