This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Develop and enhance lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM channels.
• Create and expand user-generated content (UGC) campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
• Identify and collaborate with high-performing creators and influencers for amplification and co-creation partnerships.
• Oversee paid acquisition campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Unity Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Continuously evaluate and improve creative hooks, messaging, targeting, and conversion funnels.
• Lead the daily execution of integrated marketing campaigns across organic, paid, influencer, and community channels.
• Own and manage the marketing and launch calendar in alignment with product milestones and seasonal events.
• Coordinate app store updates, feature launches, content releases, and community activations.
• Transform product updates into engaging user-facing campaigns and narratives.
• Monitor and assess key growth KPIs such as CPI / CPA, CAC vs. LTV, ROAS, retention & churn, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems utilizing analytics and visualization tools.
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and acquisition channels.
• Provide weekly performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Manage the short-form content and creator pipeline.
• Organize content sprints centered around viral trends, gameplay moments, and feature releases.
• Oversee Discord and community engagement initiatives.
• Drive ambassador and creator engagement programs to enhance community retention and brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Growth, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with product development.
• Participate in product/design syncs to remain updated on upcoming features and roadmap direction.
• Lead GTM meetings and coordinate execution among multiple stakeholders.
• Develop scalable playbooks and marketing systems that can be delegated to junior team members as the organization expands.
• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel growth campaigns for consumer-facing products, gaming applications, social platforms, or mobile apps.
• Exceptional copywriting and brand storytelling abilities.
• Experience in scaling UGC, influencer marketing, and creator-led campaigns.
• Practical experience with paid media platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar tools.
• Strong comprehension of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Experience in managing campaign calendars, GTM execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with experience utilizing dashboards, reporting tools, and experimentation frameworks.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
• This position is for an independent contractor, facilitated through a payroll platform.
