This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Monitored and addressed all customer form submissions, ensuring a response within 1 business day, handling between 5 to 30 submissions monthly.
• Reviewed all new customer inquiries directed to IRH in accordance with IRH’s Standard Operating Procedure and communication guidelines for sponsors.
• Organized and documented all incoming questions and requests using the designated Google Sheets Tracker.
• Ensured that any customer inquiry needing internal input, technical support, or decision-making was forwarded on the same business day.
• Provided reminders and assistance to sponsors, managing up to 30 cases monthly regarding their sponsorship progress.
• Evaluated and processed sponsor submissions within a 2 business day timeframe, handling up to 15 submissions weekly.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing operations, account coordination, or roles focused on verification.
• Proficient in applying standards, managing review workflows, and effectively communicating in a clear and professional manner with external partners.
