This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the weekly Personalization Pod sprint cycle by coordinating asset delivery, quality assurance, and go-live checklists.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance on campaign setups.
• Gather, organize, and maintain SKU-level data, product recommendation inputs, and campaign content files.
• Track ongoing campaign performance and bring any anomalies to the team's attention.
• Aid in post-campaign data retrieval and help compile performance summary reports.
• Provide support for daily operations of the Rewards program.
• Serve as the marketing liaison for customer service escalations.
• Assist in coordinating deliverables among various teams.
• Keep documentation for the Rewards program up-to-date.
• Help with quality assurance and user acceptance testing for new Rewards features.
• Oversee data preparation and file management workflows.
• Maintain shared project trackers, sprint boards, and provide stakeholder status updates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to obtain customer segmentation data.
• Evaluate marketing materials to ensure they meet quality and brand standards.
• Identify process gaps or workflow bottlenecks proactively.
• Collaborate across internal departments.
• 2–5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup, quality assurance, and project execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, sprint-oriented environment.
• Self-driven and proactive; identifies issues early and proposes solutions.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and other collaboration tools.
• Comfortable handling data: creating trackers, generating reports, organizing files, and spotting errors.
• Experience with loyalty, rewards, or retention programs in a customer-facing business.
