This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other pertinent channels.
• Create and develop ad creatives directly, including static images, carousels, short-form videos, display ads, and various social formats.
• Produce visually engaging assets that adhere to brand standards and performance objectives.
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization related to targeting, bidding strategies, placements, audience segmentation, and creative effectiveness.
• Write persuasive and succinct ad copy that aligns with the client's voice and value proposition; work closely with designers and contractors to create impactful visuals and creative materials.
• Execute structured A/B and multivariate testing on campaign elements, including audience segments, messaging angles, and landing page components, to drive ongoing learning and enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and manage custom audiences, including list uploads, behavioral targeting, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences to optimize campaign efficiency.
• Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages, collaborating with internal teams or external partners to enhance messaging, layout, and conversion pathways.
• Monitor and verify conversion events, ensuring the correct setup of tracking pixels, UTMs, and analytics tags for data integrity and attribution accuracy.
• Compile performance dashboards and weekly summary reports that highlight key metrics, trends, and tactical recommendations to aid decision-making.
• Investigate competitors, market trends, and audience behaviors to inform campaign positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments with sales and leadership to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with pipeline requirements, value propositions, and customer profiles.
• Support additional marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and lead nurturing sequences as necessary.
• Maintain a well-organized library of content and assets, ensuring that creative and messaging materials are consistent with the brand and easily accessible.
• Keep abreast of platform updates and advertising best practices, proactively suggesting new strategies or channels to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Recent hands-on design experience (within the last 1–2 years).
• Strong comprehension of paid performance marketing, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, funnel management, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze campaign metrics and extract actionable insights.
• Solid portfolio showcasing performance-oriented creative assets (ads, landing pages, social media visuals, etc.).
• Outstanding written communication skills for crafting clear and compelling messages.
• Highly organized and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in supporting landing page or funnel optimization through messaging or conversion-rate testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, content marketing, or collaborating with leadership teams in dynamic environments.
