This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Strategize, initiate, and enhance multi-channel recruiting campaigns for Hosts through various mediums including email, landing pages, direct mail, webinars, events, paid media, and new channels.
• Develop emails, landing pages, case studies, testimonials, toolkits, sales enablement resources, event communications, and follow-up materials.
• Assist in paid acquisition efforts by providing insights on lead quality, geographic priorities, and creative suggestions.
• Investigate key industries and markets; source, enrich, validate, deduplicate, and segment prospect information.
• Uphold standards for verification, suppression, list hygiene, audience sourcing, and outcome documentation.
• Construct and oversee HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM including emails, landing pages, forms, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, routing, personalization, automation, and campaign analytics.
• Execute quality checks prior to each launch.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams on campaign objectives, lead thresholds, routing, follow-up, feedback loops, approvals, and readiness for launch.
• Maintain project timelines, communicate progress, and escalate any risks or support requirements.
• Monitor source and attribution, email and landing-page engagement, lead quality, disqualification, and conversion through active Hosts.
• Set performance benchmarks, provide insights, and convert findings into enhancements that boost lead quality and funnel performance.
• Report to the Associate Manager of Host Lifecycle and work alongside Paid Channels, Brand Marketing, Data, Product, and Events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Background in B2B, demand generation, digital, or growth marketing.
• Proven ownership of multi-channel campaigns from inception to reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot is essential, including Marketing Hub as well as CRM emails, forms, landing pages, segments, workflows, sequences, properties, lead scoring, lead routing, automation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of prospect research, list creation, data enrichment and validation, segmentation, deduplication, suppression, deliverability, and CRM maintenance.
• Comfort in utilizing CRM and full-funnel data to identify trends, clarify performance, and suggest subsequent actions.
• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Outstanding writing and editorial judgment.
• Basic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and keep accurate plans in Asana or a similar tool.
• Capacity to clarify responsibilities, document decisions, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated attention to quality control, curiosity, proactive problem-solving, follow-through, and dependable execution with minimal oversight.
• Remote candidates must reside in the United States.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Experience with NeverBounce and AI lead generation tools is advantageous.
• Current HubSpot Marketing Hub certification is preferred.
• Experience in marketplace, membership, travel, hospitality, small business, supply-side, or sales-aligned acquisition initiatives is preferred.
• A portfolio or work samples showcasing campaign execution are welcomed.
