Marketing Specialist – Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for Eastern Europe (m/f/d) to become a part of our EMEA Marketing team.

• In this position, you will be tasked with planning, executing, and localizing marketing strategies across Eastern European markets.

• You will play a key role in ensuring a strong brand presence, facilitating effective retail activations, and driving measurable business growth in collaboration with our sales and channel partners.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, which includes creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials.

• Develop customized marketing assets for e-tail, retail, and do-it-yourself outlets.

• Aid in managing the company’s digital presence, including local adaptations for the website, social media, and e-tail customers.

• Support the creation and upkeep of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

• Create briefings and ensure high-quality project management and reporting.

• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• A collaborative style focused on effective communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with standard marketing tools.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and best practices in social media.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an Eastern European language (e.g., Polish) is a significant advantage.
