Marketing Specialist – Campaigns Emphasis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception to execution.

• Create audience journey maps, manage automation, oversee projects, and coordinate creative efforts.

• Measure performance metrics using HubSpot.

• Collaborate with various departments and external partners.

• Direct strategic communications across various platforms including web, email, video, print, and both live and digital events.

• Ensure that campaigns align with the organization's objectives and meet audience expectations.

• Maintain precise reporting dashboards to reflect campaign outcomes.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements in execution and performance.

• Implement process enhancements for internal support and external audiences.

• Work with internal teams for cross-promotional efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inbound marketing.

• Project management experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in managing tasks and projects effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

• Ability to balance objectives while fostering strong relationships.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing practices.

• Experience with audience segmentation.

• Proficiency in email marketing.

• Expertise in content marketing.

• Background in event marketing.

• Preferred experience in SEO/AEO and lead generation.

• Familiarity with inbound marketing principles and user journey automation.

• Comfortable using project management software (Asana).

• Proficient with digital marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot).

• Moderate experience in creating web and landing pages in HubSpot.

• Basic graphic design skills are preferred but not mandatory.
