Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance AI capabilities in areas such as brand strategy, growth marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign planning.

• Create realistic, domain-specific marketing tasks that mirror genuine business challenges and develop well-reasoned reference solutions.

• Assess AI-generated responses using structured scoring rubrics, delivering clear and objective feedback on accuracy, reasoning, and practical applicability.

• Develop, enhance, and uphold evaluation guidelines and quality standards for marketing-related tasks.

• Work alongside fellow subject matter experts to guarantee consistency, fairness, and accuracy across AI training datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on areas such as brand strategy, growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing communications.

• Experience at a leading consumer brand, marketing agency, or a high-growth organization is highly preferred.

• Prior hands-on experience in evaluating AI or Large Language Model (LLM) outputs using structured rubrics or scoring frameworks is essential. Candidates should be prepared to discuss this experience during the application process.

• Proven career advancement, such as transitioning from Marketing Manager to Senior Marketing Manager, and then to Director or Vice President of Marketing.

• Ability to consistently commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week during standard weekdays.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the capability to provide thoughtful, evidence-based evaluations.

• Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
