Marketing Specialist

• Role: Marketing Specialist

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience Required:

• - Prospecting and lead generation

• - Creating targeted lead lists utilizing Apollo (or a similar prospecting tool)

• - Enriching lead lists by filling in missing emails, phone numbers, etc.

• - Managing social media: Regular posting to enhance visibility and follower count

• - Conducting email marketing and outreach to both cold and warm leads

• - Administrative tasks: Setting up and integrating Calendly (or a comparable tool) with email signatures

• - Organizing and overseeing lead data in Excel/spreadsheets

• Preferred Qualifications:

• - Background in life sciences, particularly in medical devices and diagnostics

• - Familiarity with the pharmaceutical/pharma sector

• - Experience in private equity or private investment (investor outreach)

• - Strong market research abilities in medical devices/diagnostics

• Essential Skills:

• - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• - Experience with MS Office / Google Suite

• - Knowledge of Calendly or a similar scheduling tool

• Industry/Tools Experience:

• - Microsoft Outlook

• - MS Office Suite / Google Suite (Docs, Sheets/Excel)

• - Calendly (or an alternative free scheduling platform)

• - Apollo (or a comparable prospecting tool)
