Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in comprehensive event coordination, encompassing registration, travel arrangements, and booth logistics.

• Oversee pre-event and post-event fulfillment tasks, including shipping of materials, banners, and promotional items.

• Manage relationships with vendors for booth supplies, giveaways, and printed materials.

• Conduct research on upcoming healthcare and payer conferences to shape event strategies.

• Monitor and report on event results, including leads, engagement metrics, and expenditures.

• Supervise the inventory and distribution of marketing materials housed in the warehouse.

• Keep an updated catalog of available collateral and promotional items.

• Coordinate shipments to field and sales teams as required.

• Assist with database maintenance and contact uploads in HubSpot (coding skills are not necessary).

• Facilitate the delivery of direct mail campaigns and coordinate list processing tasks.

• Conduct audience targeting research, including keywords and competitor advertisements.

• Aid in ad campaign preparation by developing creative briefs, tracking links, and sourcing images.

• Track ad spending summaries and campaign metrics in cooperation with the digital marketing team.

• Investigate new possibilities for digital advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns by updating trackers, timelines, and deliverables across marketing endeavors.

• Support email marketing efforts, review landing pages, and proofread content.

• Manage the monthly newsletter tailored to customer segments.

• Maintain the marketing calendar and facilitate internal communications regarding key initiatives.

• Help coordinate photo and video shoots while managing asset libraries.

• Contribute to internal culture campaigns and team communications.

• Create and publish blog and web content from various content contributors.

• Oversee and engage with social media accounts.

• Create and share social media content that promotes blog and web materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing (either agency or in-house).

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana is advantageous.

• Comfortable using reporting platforms like Google Analytics.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
