Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be tasked with the daily execution of a diverse array of marketing functions, including:

• General Marketing Support

• Coordinate and implement a wide range of marketing activities such as event logistics, webinar management, partner and customer marketing, PR support, and various projects as assigned.

• Oversee shared marketing assets, templates, and documentation to ensure the team's operations run smoothly.

• AI-First Execution & Process Engineering

• Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, you will design, develop, document, and utilize AI-driven marketing workflows, prompt libraries, and process automation that enhance output quality and minimize manual effort across the team.

• Stay updated on new AI tools, agents, and MCP-based integrations, proactively offering recommendations and solutions to the team.

• Content Marketing & Copywriting

• Create high-quality copy across all channels and formats, leveraging AI as a foundation, while ensuring rigorous human review to maintain brand consistency and avoid AI-generated feel.

• Establish and maintain structured content systems including prompt frameworks, tone guides, and briefing templates to facilitate consistent and scalable content production.

• LinkedIn Marketing

• Manage and enhance Thynk's LinkedIn presence through regular posting, engagement, AI-assisted content calendars, and support for executive personal branding.

• Marketing Automation & CRM

• Oversee HubSpot workflows, lifecycle email campaigns, and assist in website management, landing page creation, and optimization of conversion rates.

• Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Create on-brand visual content across various formats, including social graphics, presentation materials, and marketing collateral using Canva and AI-powered design tools.

• Video Content Creation

• Produce short-form AI-generated video content for social media and campaigns, and aid in the creation of product explainers, event recaps, thought leadership clips, and executive interview series.

• Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs monthly, utilizing AI-assisted analysis to uncover insights and optimization opportunities across all channels.

• Product Marketing & GTM Support

• Assist in developing product marketing messaging, competitive intelligence, and content, and help execute GTM launches in close collaboration with Sales and Product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role.

• Native or highly proficient English speaker (minimum CECRL C1 level) with experience in an English-only marketing role, possessing exceptional writing skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Proven, professional-level experience with AI.

• Strong history of independently executing marketing projects reliably and to a high standard.

• Experience working remotely and comfortable operating within EU time zones.

• Background in or knowledge of the hospitality, meetings & events, or venue management industries (Bonus points).

• Experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and on-page optimization (Bonus points).

• Experience with KPI tracking, attribution modeling, or in-depth performance reporting (Bonus points).

• Graphic design skills beyond Canva (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) (Bonus points).

• Familiarity with Salesforce (Bonus points).
