Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the digital media team's contract and arrange in-person studio sessions.

• Manage reporting and ensure that digital media assets are incorporated into the social media calendar for timely distribution.

• Collaborate with the SEO team to monitor website performance and manage the Google My Business profile.

• Organize monthly review meetings to evaluate metrics such as website traffic and user engagement.

• Compose blog posts and supply content to the SEO team for publication.

• Maintain and interact with our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

• Engage with followers, address inquiries, and share relevant content to enhance community involvement.

• Develop and optimize the LinkedIn profile to cultivate a robust professional network and boost visibility.

• Create lead magnets and implement drip campaigns within the CRM.

• Coordinate content for email marketing efforts to nurture leads and encourage conversions.

• Track lead sources and oversee client intake processes.

• Investigate referral sources and arrange meetings to connect with influential contacts.

• Identify and research speaking and podcast opportunities.

• Prepare pitches and propose suitable events for clients to participate as speakers or panelists.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, or content marketing.

• Proficient in SEO, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

• Strong writing abilities for content creation and effective communication.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in establishing strategic partnerships.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
