Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging experiences to connect with diverse audiences

• Oversee the implementation of both in-person and digital campaigns

• Align initiatives with business objectives and devise integrated strategies

• Produce tailored content and organize speakers for events

• Manage platforms and tools for campaigns, including landing pages, emails, social media, and events

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while handling multiple projects

• Plan and execute significant in-person and virtual events, as well as customer engagement activities, in alignment with business priorities across various industries and segments

• Act as a consultant for Italian and EMEA stakeholders, suggesting optimal formats for in-person and digital campaigns

• Establish the audience acquisition strategy and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop a comprehensive 360º plan

• Create and curate high-quality experiences for interactions with customers and partners at various stages of their journey

• Collaborate with local sales teams (enterprise and commercial) to support key events, as well as with EMEA Marketing teams to implement executive engagement initiatives

• Coordinate the creation and localization of content assets for events, including emails, landing pages, and newsletters

• Evaluate event outcomes against KPIs and provide reports to various stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in an IT firm for a similar position involving the execution of in-person and digital events (5+ years)

• Outstanding project management and planning abilities

• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing tools

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Capability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities for high-quality deliverables

• Strong collaborative skills

• Willingness and ability to travel for regional events: 10-20%

• Proficient in Dutch & English – knowledge of German & French is advantageous
