This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities aimed at acquiring audiences to support outreach efforts.
• Help maintain records of target audiences and refresh marketing lists as instructed by the Marketing Director.
• Compile and organize lists of prospective audiences and attendees to aid the Buyer Relations team.
• Monitor and report on remarketing and digital advertising budgets as directed.
• Format, edit, and distribute messaging for lead generation campaigns based on supplied content.
• Maintain and update event calendars and marketing timelines, ensuring they align with show deadlines.
• Assist in entering and updating prospect, exhibitor, and sponsor information in Salesforce and other tracking tools to facilitate the sales process.
• Accurately enter all data related to account contacts, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities, ensuring records are up-to-date and organized.
• Collect, file, and track all sponsorship and exhibitor materials as necessary, maintaining organized digital folders and checklists according to event timelines.
• Support the scheduling and tracking of onboarding tasks for GRIP and Bulletin platforms, ensuring that exhibitors and sponsors complete required profiles before deadlines.
• Update inventory spreadsheets, prepare weekly status reports, and aid in administrative communication between Sales and Operations for sponsorship activities.
• Prepare, schedule, and send email campaigns through HubSpot as instructed, ensuring timely outreach and accuracy in recipient lists.
• Format, upload, and distribute B2B marketing content, including emails and website copy, following team directives.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining attendee and exhibitor records in event mobile apps and matchmaking tools.
• Track outbound email communications, maintain sending logs, and collaborate with the marketing team to meet calendar deadlines.
• Input and update customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis data into tracking systems.
• Generate regular reports on customer retention metrics and digital marketing activities as requested by the team.
• Maintain organized records of retention initiatives, assist with documentation, and support process tracking for improvement efforts.
• Coordinate updates and maintain records for digital marketing channels, including email, website, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
• Perform routine data entry and updates in marketing systems, event registration, and customer databases (HubSpot, Cvent, Grip, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of website content, implementing updates and tracking changes as directed.
• Organize and catalog digital and print collateral, ensuring files are regularly updated, accessible, and documented for the team.
• Log and route incoming customer support requests received via email inboxes and platforms like A2Z.
• Monitor inquiries, ensure responses are tracked, and maintain records of communications.
• Assist with scheduling updates, providing user instructions, and managing attendee and exhibitor lists on the event mobile app and matchmaking platforms.
• Process and track client badge requests, exhibit/decorator service requests, and maintain databases of incoming exhibitor inquiries for follow-up.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting a sales or marketing team in a professional environment (internship experience is applicable).
• Proven experience in writing, building, automating, executing, and analyzing the performance of email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing B2B marketing content, including writing emails, website copy, and digital content.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and social media for brand awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Salesforce, A2Z/Personify, Basecamp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DataMart, Grip, Smartsheet, and WordPress is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to switch between projects, maintain detailed notes, and consistently report on progress.
