This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and implement a marketing calendar that includes email campaigns, social media initiatives, blog content, and lead-generation offers.
• Compose and revise website content, case studies, service overview documents, and email newsletters that articulate technical IT/MSP services.
• Oversee the management of the corporate website, social media profiles, and marketing automation/CRM systems.
• Organize co-op marketing resources and collaborative campaigns with technology vendors and distributors.
• Assist the sales team by providing collateral, proposal templates, and pipeline nurturing campaigns.
• Plan and manage trade shows, webinars, and local networking/community events.
• Oversee online reputation management, client review solicitation, and testimonial acquisition.
• Monitor and report marketing KPIs to company leadership.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client- and prospect-facing materials.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong preference for experience in B2B, technology, or the MSP/IT services sector.
• Proficient in email marketing and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, particularly in conveying technical concepts to business audiences.
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Experience with basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
• Understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with MSP/IT industry vendors, peer groups, or co-op marketing programs is a plus.
• Experience with MSP PSA/CRM platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or HubSpot is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, is an asset.
• Candidates should be equipped with a laptop, headset, and other necessary tools.
• Availability for night shifts in the Eastern Timezone while residing in the Philippines is required.
