Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies for Norway, specifically targeting webinars, events, partnerships, and other field marketing endeavors.

• Enhance the growth and visibility of Physica, Psykbase, and Nora within the Norwegian market through tailored campaigns and communications.

• Oversee webinars and in-person events from start to finish, including logistics, promotion, follow-up, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Manage and optimize the Norwegian online presence across product pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and localized content.

• Provide clear and effective communication to current customers and potential clients, facilitating product launches, feature utilization, migration projects, and commercial campaigns.

• Work closely with regional Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging and local market objectives.

• Assist in the localization and adaptation of central marketing strategies for the Norwegian market.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns and initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, healthcare, or similarly dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational and execution abilities: adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

• Proven experience in supporting or leading events, webinars, or field marketing activities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including web, email, and campaign execution.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Sales, Support, Product, and central Marketing teams.

• Proactive self-starter with the capability to work independently while remaining aligned with overarching GTM priorities.
