This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Drive corporate trust initiatives in Thailand by managing flagship educational, AI, and safety programs.
• Supervise agency vendors, spearhead local event execution, and tailor global campaigns utilizing insights from Thai consumers.
• Provide operational support and program management for key initiatives, including regional career certification tracks, student ambassador networks, AI academies, and planning for country-level velocity programs.
• Streamline complex operational processes across multiple workstreams to efficiently meet program goals and OKRs.
• Oversee high-visibility project timelines, monitor regional progress, and generate compelling performance reports with minimal guidance.
• Support impactful economic growth initiatives that empower students, entrepreneurs, and individuals to acquire essential skills for advancing their careers and businesses.
• Promote digital responsibility education throughout the market, instructing users on how to manage their data and ensure safety online concerning privacy and security.
• Keep thorough documentation, including localized program trackers, training materials, and comprehensive vendor records.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable enhancements across various external vendor operations.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and event organizers to guarantee high-quality project delivery that aligns with global standards.
• Manage the complete Thai language translation and validation process for all marketing and campaign materials.
• Adapt global brand initiatives and modify campaigns based on local consumer insights and regional cultural nuances.
• Work closely with agency partners, course providers, and distribution networks to expand program reach and community impact.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact to ensure total cross-functional alignment.
• Independently oversee large-scale digital and in-person corporate events from initial planning through execution and post-event performance evaluation.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in marketing, agency production, or program management, demonstrating a proven ability to execute projects independently.
• Native fluency in Thai, along with strong written and verbal communication skills in English for seamless coordination with local and international teams.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude toward evolving job responsibilities.
• High proficiency in contemporary project management tools, spreadsheets, and executive-level slide formatting.
• Solid foundational knowledge of the local digital ecosystem, market trends, and online safety landscapes in Thailand.
• Prior experience in stakeholder management or direct collaboration with government, non-profit, or educational institutions is a significant advantage.
