This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Convert product features and functionalities into messaging that emphasizes benefits for millwork and cabinetry business owners

• Create and produce landing pages, website content, emails, case studies, one-pagers, advertising copy, and campaign materials

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure clear positioning and consistent messaging throughout the buyer's journey

• Develop, edit, and publish landing, product, and resource pages using WordPress

• Enhance and maintain the website through content updates, troubleshooting, A/B testing, and on-page optimization

• Plan, initiate, manage, and refine Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid advertising campaigns

• Oversee campaign audiences, creative assets, budgets, bidding strategies, and testing to optimize cost-per-lead and return on ad spend (ROAS)

• Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable next steps

• Assist in full-funnel demand-generation initiatives across email, webinars, events, content syndication, and nurturing

• Design and implement integrated campaigns from concept to measurement

• Monitor and report on funnel metrics, contributing to a culture of continuous testing and learning


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in marketing to manufacturers, construction/building products, or other specialized/vertical industries

• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce

• Comfortable with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio

• Familiarity with native reporting in advertising platforms

• Basic design or creative production capabilities using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with webinars, events, or field marketing strategies

• Willingness to travel for up to one week at a time

• May require domestic and international travel

• A valid U.S. passport is necessary if not already obtained

• Weekend travel may be necessary during conventions and exhibitions

• Availability for up to 20% travel

• Capability to sit for extended durations

• Ability to work at a monitor for prolonged periods

• Capacity to lift up to 45 lbs

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; eligible states include Texas, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin

• Candidates in California, Colorado, New York, Illinois, Washington, and other states with active pay transparency laws are not eligible
