Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.

• Produce compelling content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media channels.

• Analyze and enhance campaign performance utilizing analytics and reporting tools.

• Assist in lead generation efforts and work alongside sales teams to boost conversion rates.

• Oversee and schedule social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Perform market research and competitor analysis to discover trends and growth opportunities.

• Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners on marketing projects.

• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Maintain CRM and marketing automation systems to facilitate campaign workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.

• In-depth understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a remote work setting.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working with international teams or clients is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
