This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Implement B2B demand and lead generation strategies through LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, and selected platforms.
• Assist in optimizing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) to attract qualified leads.
• Contribute to public relations and content initiatives that enhance the company's market position.
• Support event-related activities (research, coordination, pre/post-event outreach) to facilitate meetings and pipeline development.
• Work closely with the Sales team on outbound campaigns and targeted account outreach.
• Oversee the content calendar and publish content on LinkedIn and relevant channels.
• Create clear, engaging, and conversion-driven B2B copy (posts, emails, ads, campaign materials).
• Conduct outreach and nurturing campaigns to generate discovery calls and meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of leads and campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to transform insights into marketing content.
• Assist in developing sales materials (presentations, messaging, basic positioning).
• At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer technology.
• Proven experience in executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound, basic paid channels).
• Practical experience in content creation and social media management (especially on LinkedIn).
• Strong copywriting abilities — capable of producing clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented B2B content (posts, emails, ads).
• Basic familiarity with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar) and a willingness to optimize them.
• Experience in supporting or participating in events and webinars (end-to-end ownership is a bonus, but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking campaigns.
• Capability to work collaboratively with Sales and Product teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convert product features into clear marketing messages.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to execute swiftly in a dynamic startup environment.
