This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop a measurable marketing engine that achieves: Enhanced brand recognition and increased sales from current K-12 clients through lifecycle marketing.

• Generate new demand in the K-12 public sector, with your support for field marketing initiatives, direct mail, and digital strategies.

• Focus on busy K-12 IT Directors, Technology Coordinators, and District Administrators who engage in lengthy, trust-based sales cycles.

• Achieving success entails creating practical, straightforward offers such as checklists, readiness assessments, audits, peer case studies, and clear next steps that honor their time and provide genuine "make my life easier" value.

• Audit and activate current marketing assets (CRM, website, email list, social media accounts).

• Oversee and enhance the marketing technology stack; identify and implement tools that work seamlessly together.

• Establish the groundwork for a marketing department that will expand in alignment with the company's growth.

• Develop and refine K–12 buyer personas through research, interviews, and collaboration with sales and leadership.

• Create and manage a thought leadership content strategy that builds credibility and supports lengthy sales cycles.

• Plan and execute campaigns across email, content, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.

• Support field marketing initiatives: devise tradeshow and event strategies, prepare pre-event outreach, design lead capture and follow-up processes, and evaluate post-event performance and ROI.

• Build and maintain a measurement framework with clear KPIs and regular reporting to the CEO.

• Track and report key metrics.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure marketing is aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of practical marketing experience across content, email, social media, events, and SEO.

• Demonstrated ability to establish measurement frameworks and make data-informed decisions using metrics such as MQLs, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, and ROAS.

• Experience in developing buyer personas through direct research and interviews.

• Strong background in managing tradeshows or events: strategy, material creation, iteration based on feedback, and follow-up execution.

• Generalist knowledge of SEO and comfort in evaluating and implementing marketing technology tools.

• Experience in crafting thought leadership content and campaigns.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills; confident in virtual presentations and brand representation.

• Builder mindset: proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of strategy and execution in a lean, autonomous, fully remote setting.

• Preferred experience in K-12, edtech, or public sector marketing.

• Experience with direct mail or offline campaigns.

• Background in a small company or as a first marketing hire.

• Familiarity with Pipedrive.
