This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of and enhance GoFasti’s brand identity across all platforms.
• Create marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives, partnerships, and talent strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency in communications directed at the company, executives, and partners.
• Perform market research to guide strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Generate high-quality content for executives and various company channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with designers to produce engaging visuals, carousels, reels, and social media assets.
• Write long-form content including thought-leadership articles, newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
• Organize editorial calendars and manage social media publishing with defined KPIs.
• Monitor community engagement and represent the brand in responses.
• Develop and sustain the digital presence of company executives, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create content that tells compelling stories, positioning executives as thought leaders in their industries.
• Oversee the production of photo/video assets in collaboration with designers, photographers, or video editors.
• Strategize and enhance marketing funnels with effective CTAs including landing pages, direct messages, email sequences, and webinars.
• Analyze performance across various platforms to identify opportunities for improvement and results enhancement.
• Work closely with internal teams, photographers, and video editors to implement campaigns from start to finish.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, audience segmentation, research, and workflow automation.
• Remain informed about marketing, AI, and automation trends to integrate innovative practices into workflows.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in managing brand presence and social media for a company or its executives.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities—engaging, clear, and focusing on the human experience.
• Experience collaborating with designers, creative teams, and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and landing pages.
• Capability to plan and implement marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• A solid understanding of analytics and performance measurement (platform insights, funnel metrics).
• Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written); Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
• Highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a remote working environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, automation platforms, and content optimization tools.
• Experience in supporting the personal brands of executives as a means of driving growth.
• The position offers the flexibility of REMOTE work, allocated at our client's location.
