This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Program Development: design and implement innovative demand generation strategies aimed at technician recruitment and bench re-engagement.

• Email Marketing: strategize, create, and enhance email marketing campaigns to nurture potential leads and boost engagement throughout the funnel.

• Digital Marketing: oversee and refine the effective utilization of job boards and company review platforms to enhance brand visibility, improve recruitment, and identify skilled technicians that meet client needs.

• Communications: lead candidate engagement initiatives, newsletters, highlights, and related programs to foster a loyal, long-term technician community.

• Candidate Flow Optimization: collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to streamline and enhance lead transitions, scoring, and funnel advancement.

• Reporting & Analysis: take ownership of campaign reporting; evaluate performance metrics; provide insights to enhance open rates, application rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall pipeline impact.

• Content: coordinate and work closely with team members to produce innovative content for marketing initiatives. Investigate new channels to broaden reach and connect with key technician segments, including but not limited to associations, career fairs, trade schools, etc.

• All other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in service-oriented demand generation, B2B and B2C marketing, or growth marketing roles.

• Extensive knowledge of email marketing, including list segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and reporting.

• Practical experience with job boards and associated candidate acquisition channels as well as review platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with backend communication and reporting systems and tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Canvas, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).

• Exceptional project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, possessing a cross-functional perspective.

• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Bullhorn is highly desirable. Background in manufacturing, industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or a similar field is advantageous.
