This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform tasks related to trade shows, conferences, webinars, and various events, encompassing logistics management, vendor liaison, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials.
• Timely communicate essential information to vendors, organizers, and participants involved in the events.
• Oversee collateral, promotional items, and booth materials associated with events.
• Ensure that event-related deliverables are monitored and completed on time.
• Organize pre- and post-event communications, including outreach to attendees and internal stakeholders.
• Address any issues that arise during on-site events promptly.
• Aid in the execution of email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns utilizing available tools and systems.
• Create content pieces with clear objectives, such as blog posts, social media content, email drafts, and sales support materials.
• Manage content on the website and other digital platforms, coordinating updates with vendors as necessary.
• Use existing templates to develop new marketing materials while ensuring compliance with CRIO brand standards.
• Effectively communicate the status and progress of assigned tasks, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Assist with project coordination to maintain the momentum of internal marketing initiatives.
• Support other marketing team members with additional tasks as priorities shift.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related position; internships are welcomed.
• Familiarity with the clinical research or life sciences sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable utilizing marketing tools and software platforms; quick to learn new systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• A collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and the CRIO annual conference.
• Experience with HubSpot, a CRM, or project management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with eClinical platforms, clinical trial sites, or the broader clinical research ecosystem is preferred.
• Basic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
