Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth and attracting new audiences.

• Collaboration with the production and sales teams to create and implement promotions and special offers to boost bookings.

• Analysis of market trends and competitors to inform marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.

• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

• Implementation of daily newsletter campaigns to keep customers informed about new offers and promotions.

• Introduction of new offers and programs on the web platforms utilized by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in tourism, marketing, communication, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in tourism.

• Previous experience working as a travel agent.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.

• Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
