This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Strategize and implement logistics for events, which includes finding and booking venues, coordinating with vendors, managing registrations, and preparing and shipping materials.
• Aid in the execution of conferences, webinars, as well as prospect and client events and meetings.
• Oversee backend reporting and event-related tasks such as tracking attendees, compiling event reports, coordinating supplies, and assisting with post-event follow-up.
• Source, order, and manage the inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event giveaways.
• Develop event communications, which encompass invitations, reminders, and correspondence with attendees.
• Collaborate across different teams and with external vendors to ensure that events are executed flawlessly and conform to company standards and branding.
• Participate in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documents.
• Maintain organized records pertaining to event materials, vendor details, contracts, and marketing assets.
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, supporting marketing teammates with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, showcasing proven success in execution.
• Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordination, particularly in managing logistics and sourcing event materials.
• Capacity to handle multiple programs at once while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Aptitude to consistently review/proofread personal work with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to create clear and professional written and verbal communications for invitations, attendee correspondence, and internal coordination.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently while seeking assistance when necessary.
• Willingness to travel 1-4 times a year as required for events.
