This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by managing timelines, assets, and channel configurations.
• Aid in the setup and performance monitoring of paid media campaigns.
• Ensure that campaigns are organized and tracked within HubSpot.
• Implement partner and co-marketing campaigns from initiation to reporting.
• Coordinate marketing materials, campaign schedules, and shared logistics for partners.
• Create and distribute marketing emails for campaigns, events, and nurturing programs.
• Oversee email segmentation, quality assurance, and performance enhancement.
• Plan and execute trade shows and events from preparation to follow-up.
• Manage event logistics, booth activation, and presence on-site.
• Guarantee lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event evaluations.
• Contribute to dashboards and reports across HubSpot, CRM, and paid media platforms.
• Provide insights into campaign performance and assist with attribution tracking.
• Manage HubSpot campaign setup, segmentation, and workflows.
• Facilitate lead routing and ensure data consistency in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Promote the adoption of marketing tools, naming conventions, and reporting standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, as a marketing specialist, or in a similar B2B position.
• Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company environment.
• Proven experience in supporting campaign execution across digital channels, email, and events.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience in planning or executing trade shows, events, or webinars.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in partner or channel-driven marketing environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem is desirable.
• Experience in marketing operations, automation, or lead lifecycle management is a plus.
