Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and management of content for blogs, announcements, and educational resources;

• Support internal communication efforts, especially within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages);

• Help optimize and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.);

• Contribute to testing and enhancements for App Store Optimization (ASO);

• Assist in executing SEO strategies (keyword research, content optimization);

• Engage in growth experiments and aid in analyzing performance metrics;

• Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team on ongoing tasks and campaign execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (prior experience in Web3 or tech marketing is advantageous);

• Understanding of paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and a willingness to deepen this knowledge;

• Basic understanding of ASO/SEO is a plus;

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities;

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail;

• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages (including Ukrainian) would be beneficial;

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive member of the team.
