This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Take charge of crafting and implementing localized, culturally appropriate marketing strategies aimed at increasing our market share and revenue within Spanish-speaking markets.
• Collaborate across various teams globally (CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Product) while tailoring initiatives to fit local market nuances, language variations, and regional behaviors.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of LATAM markets, including local examination systems, educational frameworks, and the distinctions between students and medical professionals.
• Modify global messaging to align with local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring that the communication resonates with regional needs and behaviors.
• Strategically plan and execute multichannel campaigns utilizing CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social media, leveraging pertinent channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp) within the region.
• Oversee the monitoring and optimization of campaigns, employing data to foster continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Manage projects from start to finish and work collaboratively with global teams, ensuring alignment and establishing scalable best practices throughout LATAM.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing within the SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America.
• Comprehensive understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including specific channel dynamics relevant to the region (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, encompassing positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Analytical thinker with the capability to work with limited data to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities, with a strong drive to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable business partner who actively seeks solutions and opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a considerable advantage.
