This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of crafting and implementing localized, culturally appropriate marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking regions.
• Collaborate with global teams while tailoring initiatives to reflect local market specifics, language variations, and regional behaviors.
• Gain a deep understanding of LATAM markets, including local examination systems, educational frameworks, and distinctions between students and healthcare professionals.
• Modify global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring that the messaging addresses regional requirements and behaviors effectively.
• Plan and carry out multichannel marketing campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social platforms.
• Track and refine campaigns, leveraging data to foster continuous enhancement across acquisition, activation, and retention processes.
• Manage projects from start to finish and work collaboratively with global teams, ensuring coherence and establishing scalable best practices throughout LATAM.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America.
• Strong grasp of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including the dynamics of region-specific channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to work with limited data to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing strategic and operational roles, with a strong drive to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• A dependable business partner, continuously seeking solutions and opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to various stakeholders and fostering alignment.
• Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.
