Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of LATAM markets, including local examination systems, educational frameworks, and the distinctions between students and physicians.

• Tailor global messaging to fit local cultural and linguistic contexts, ensuring relevance to regional needs and behaviors.

• Design and implement multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social, utilizing pertinent channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp) within the region.

• Track and enhance campaigns, leveraging data to foster continuous improvement throughout acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.

• Manage projects from start to finish and work collaboratively with global teams to ensure alignment and establish scalable best practices across LATAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing within SaaS or B2C sectors in Latin America.

• Strong comprehension of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including the unique dynamics of region-specific channels (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp).

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.

• Analytical mindset capable of working with limited data to design and implement effective marketing initiatives.

• Ability to operate strategically and operationally, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

• A dependable business partner, consistently seeking solutions and enhancements.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey information clearly to various stakeholders to foster alignment.

• Proficient communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a significant advantage.
