Marketing Science Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You prepare marketing data to ensure it provides a strong foundation for our clients' decision-making processes.

• You lead the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments, including conversion lift studies and brand lift analyses.

• You serve as a strategic advisor for our clients, engaging confidently with decision-makers up to the C-suite level.

• You convert complex analytical results into clear, strategic recommendations.

• You create and manage our global test-and-learn agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness continuously.

• You design methodological frameworks to assess marketing success and ensure that we consistently track the appropriate KPIs.

• In workshops, you impart your knowledge and empower colleagues to make data-driven decisions.

• You are an effective communicator who can independently and confidently manage client relationships.

• You develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients' needs, acting as their trusted advisor.

• You grasp complex data models, but your true strength lies in your ability to explain them clearly.

• You engage stakeholders with diverse technical backgrounds, from marketing specialists to C-level executives.

• You have a background in performance marketing or digital advertising.

• You are familiar with the operational aspects and understand how campaigns function.

• You maintain an overview across multiple projects, work in an organized manner, and proactively drive processes.

• You are fluent in German at a native level and possess a good command of English (minimum B2).

• Ideally, you have previous experience working in an agency environment.
