This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Engage with guests through various channels, including outbound phone calls and email, to provide opportunities for previewing our properties by scheduling timeshare appointments prior to their arrival.
• Oversee assigned call lists and achieve the required daily outbound call volume to fulfill production and performance objectives.
• Promote local tours and activities while offering exceptional vacation planning and concierge services.
• Maintain the ability to work remotely when business conditions permit, in accordance with IT/workspace requirements and minimum performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate proactively with leadership to identify and address customer-related issues or challenges.
• Accept and complete additional reasonable tasks or requests as directed by management.
• Carry out other administrative responsibilities as necessary to assist the team and meet business goals.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Capacity to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Strong familiarity with the local area, including restaurants, attractions, directions, and optional tours.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales-related call center or timeshare roles (preferred).
• Prior experience in tours, activities, or concierge services (preferred).
